Simon Prebble is renown for most of his voiceovers and narrations. He has narrated four Thomas stories published by Random House featuring new background music from the series.

In addition, Prebble also narrated the full storybook version of Thomas and the Magic Railroad (2003) based on the feature film.
He was nominated Narrator of the Year by Publishers Weekly in 2005,  and has narrated over 450 audiobooks to date.
